A day of mentorship, bonding, and shared meals with 50 children at Furaha Children’s Home in Nanyuki, organized by Kitara Foundation in partnership with Juris Leadership Alliance.
This initiative empowers vulnerable children by providing access to quality education, mentorship, and essential resources such as food, healthcare, and safe spaces. By addressing both academic and holistic needs, the program breaks cycles of poverty and inequality, helping children build confidence, skills, and hope for a brighter future. Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities the program ensures every child has a fair chance to thrive and contribute positively to society.
